We've had inquiries from across the state about how to take action. Currently, the group Indivisible is organizing nationwide, they are opening new chapters and taking meaningful action every day. To find a local group, start your own group or download their guide go to:
The "Resources" tab on their webpage provides scripts, calendars, a video and other tools for getting your activism started.
If you are not in close proximity to an Indivisible group or cannot start your own, this website: 5calls.org can make it easy for you to call your representatives and have your voice heard. It will ask to use your location, select the issues you are most passionate about and then provide you with a suggested script and contact information for your representatives.
Countable is another good resource, it has comprehensive information on upcoming bills and issues. You can take action and contact your representative or share information with friends via social media. Countable also offers an app to download to your smartphone. Go to this link and check out the Countable website
